JPA Plaza Nonprofit Expo & Open Air Market

Nonprofits are the heart of our community. This event provides a dedicated platform for organizations to share their mission, increase visibility, and connect directly with Hillsborough residents.

The Expo will bring together families and community members eager to engage with local causes—offering nonprofits the opportunity to build awareness, answer questions, and inspire involvement. Participating organizations are also welcome to sell merchandise.

At JPA Plaza, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all organizations and community members feel welcome—spaces where people are Protected, Respected, Openly celebrated, Uplifted, and treated with Dignity.

A limited number of 10' x 10' spaces (up to 5) are also available for small businesses to showcase their offerings, supporting our mission to uplift local entrepreneurs.

The event will be promoted through social media, community groups, email marketing, and targeted advertising to ensure strong attendance from Hillsborough and surrounding areas.

Our goal: a high-visibility, well-attended event that delivers meaningful impact for nonprofits and valuable exposure for participating small businesses.

Nonprofit Details

Upto fifteen (15): 68 inch x 30 inch tables for local nonprofit outreach
$25 fee for 68" (or 5 1/2 feet approx) table for nonprofit organizations
Set-up starts at 10 a.m.
Event Runs 12:00 pm to 4 p.m.
Bring your own, tables, chairs and everything you need for a show/Fair.
Nonprofits are also invited to rent the 10' x 10' booths for $100

JPA Plaza’s Route 206 location provides exceptional exposure to both event attendees and everyday plaza traffic throughout the day.

The Open Air Market format attracts a broad demographic—families, seniors, young adults, and professionals—expanding your reach beyond your typical audience.

For Vendors Only: So that we can properly promote your business and creative works please have the following pior to applying (for both creatives if you are sharing a booth): Name, Business Name, Email, Phone, business website, Headshot or business logo, Artist/Crafter Bio, Artist/Crafter Statement (Artist only), 3 images of samples of your work.

If information is not available for the second seller at the time of initial application select No when asked if you will share. Your confirmation email will have a link to edit your submission. You can forward that email to the other person and they can update the form with their information.

Below are our nonprofits represented at our last event which was primarily an Arts & Craft Fair. The nonprofit expo is primarily a nonprofit outreach event.
