Artist Statement
My work blends traditional realism with contemporary still life to capture the meaningful "spark" of a life well-led. Drawing inspiration from art history and my personal roots, I use vibrant color and diverse media to reflect the enduring beauty of nature and childhood.
As an educator and artist, I embrace technical challenges and time-sensitive creation to keep my
perspective fresh and evocative. This collection serves as a professional reflection of my journey, inviting
viewers to find connection in both the past and the present.
